LSU went up 31-10 with just over 9 minutes left in the third quarter. The game was never in doubt after that. And if OSU doesn't get a TD with about a minute left, the final is 38-17. That, friends, is a blowout.

Well to put 28 on the #1 defense in the country and Hold a high powered offense to 7 a half, Is pretty damn good. Unless they were overrated, which could be a trend that has continued with the big 10.

OK, we have two different standards for blowouts, either way LSU beat OSU that day so it doesn't really matter.

Would you admit that UF, BAMA and LSU would beat IOWA handily right now?

Vegas loves Usc because they know every bandwagon fan who doesn't know anything about football is gonna bet for Usc.

I will admit that I think all three of those schools would beat Iowa, but that it would be a lot better game than people would give Iowa credit for. I also think Iowa could beat all of those teams on any given Saturday. I think it would go like this:

Florida: 2 out of 10
Alabama: 3.5 out of 10
LSU: 4 out of 10

Of course those games being played at the Superdome or in Florida in Jan. Would love to see one of your teams come play in Chicago or Pittsburgh during November.

Iowa is a good team this year. They are great at beating teams with equal talent level as them but it is just hard seeing them beat the elites of college football this year

Ask them why Iowa piped in "Sweet Home Alabama" during the replay delay Saturday. Don't think you'll hear coming through our speakers. BTW "Calling Baton Rouge" is still a waste of electricity.

This is our poll dude. The Vegas poll has Penn State and Ohio State 9th and 10th respectively. This the Herd's Word poll baby!

The idea that USC is #6 despite giving up 33 pts. a game in their last 3 outings is misguided and obviously biased towards past "success". Furthermore, until USC puts up glowing numbers against the elite of the SEC (something they've totally avoided during their little self-proclaimed dynasty) - they're not getting my respect.

And sure Oregon (let's not forget they got wasted by Boise) looks great in the PAC-10, but so has OU in Big-12 and OSU in the Big-10 - until they played an SEC team and got wasted.

The bottom line, as of right now, the center of the college football universe is in the SEC. If Iowa fans want respect, beat teams that matter WHEN it matters! And the same goes for USC, Oregon, OU, and company....

And as of right now, teams like Boise and Utah have defeated teams that matter when it matters...they have my respect...
