Are we gonna continue to look past that beautiful catch Nabers made along the sideline?

It seems lost in all of the other great moments of the game but I feel like it deserves its own thread. That's the closest thing we've seen to a Ja'Marr Chase type of catch since he got drafted. If Malik continues to progress, we're in for a highlight reel of fun catches for the rest of this season and next season. Feels even better that it was caught on Ricks. That is all.

As the guy next to me in 214 said on his first catch of the night, all Malik Nabers does is show up. The guy is a great Tiger!

It has been discussed previously with pictures showing it being in bounds even further than originally thought.

Glad to see Daniels just trusting his playmakers.

Just as much of an awesome throw as it is a catch.

That's not true. It was a fair throw, but not great. Nabors beats Ricks cleanly and has a four foot lead on him. A well thrown ball would have been caught in stride with a chance for a good bit more yardage. That was a fairly good throw and a great catch.

Nabors looks big compared to Ricks, who isn't small. Ran right by him. If he continues to develop Nabors could be the next dominant NFL receiver out of LSU. I'd say if Daniels stays and gets better at downfield passing Nabors will be a front runner for the Biletnkoff award.

This. He took some 1 on 1 shots in this one. A couple didn’t work out, but this was a dime and he also picked up a couple of PIs letting it fly.

Even the ones that don’t hit still let the defense know they can’t just crowd the box. Just look at the difference in this offense now that defenses can’t put 11 guys within 10 yards of the LOS every play. It’s opened everything up.

When we play UAB, can we just throw it around ALL GAME? I would love to see just how potent our guys can be with the ball coming their way all game. I truly believe LSU has the best receiving corps in the SEC, maybe the country. I don't think our own fans know just how good our guys are.

This picture should be enlarged and hung in the hallway for everyone to see in the football building.

It's not just a great catch over a DBag but it just highlights the kind of dog/playmaker that LSU's success has been built on over the years that leads to Titles.

He gets forgiven for those two muffed punts now.

Suitable for framing. Nabers should send pRicks an autographed copy with a nice inscription such as "Best of luck in Gumpland!"
