Cad, i though about it last night a bit. they have been dropping teams liberally this year, why not raise us for having such a good win on the road. i know it wont happen because chase daniels is tossing the salad of each and every AP voter but i think it deserves consideration

Mizzou. Hell we beat a top 10 team. We are also Defending National Champs, that should hold some weight.

Maybe Missouri. They were less than impressive against Buffalo.
But it really doesn't matter right now with games against Florida and Georgia coming up next month. Take care of business and we'll move up.

Yes. We will absolutely jump Missouri at least. I suspect we could jump Florida. And I wouldn't be surprised if we have 1 or 2 first place votes in both polls.

I'm sure the general consensus is we will still have inconsistent QB play regardless of this win...we'll stay where we are.

Yep, if anything we will drop down behind somebody. All we did was piss off all of the "experts" who all said we would lose. Watch what they're going to do with Bama!
Let's just keep winning them one at a time just like we did last year and we'll be there in the end!

I do think, as I said before, our qb situation is better than expected by some. However, everyone else won in the top 5.
Whoever suggested that we could jump up to 4 seriously needs to reset their thermostat. We are at 6 right now and deserve no higher right now. We get our share or respect from the voters.
All we need to do to get up the polls is win. Winning takes care of everything.
