Anyone experience locked portalets on Saturday?

Here's an idea...let's put out some portalets but not bother to unlock them. I came across two separate portalet groupings with locks on them.

no. they were lsu issued port-a-potties. The one i stayed at had 7 and 3 had locks on them.

I Can't make this stuff up... That's what LSU secruity told me. It was curious that they knew who it was but secruity wasn't gonna stop them or deter them in any way.
