A 65 isnt poor at all, would be considered average. Way I explain it:
90+ Elite of the elite
High 80s = Elite
Mid 80s = Great
Low 80s = Very good
High 70s = Just above Good
Mid 70s = Good
low 70s = Solid
High 60s = Above average
Mids 60s = Average
low 60s = below average
50s = pretty bad
Below 50 = Absolutely terrible

Yeah, even at 56.2, my opinion of how bad i thought he played, thought it would have been worse.
