I heard they were going to put dorms on the outside walls and pay for it with a government grant.

We could save money by removing the roof from the Parker Coliseum and getting some tarps to pull across it in case of rain.

I know this is a joke but in the 80’s Bob Broadhead actually floated building a Syracuse style dome that could host football and all indoor sports.
