We gave them the business though

I don't necessarily root for other teams, it's more of rooting against other teams. So naturally I root for the team they're playing against.

Tennessee. I lived in Knoxville for a while before moving back to Louisiana, so I have a bunch of friends that are Tennessee fans. Also while I was up there, it was my only way to get my live SEC football fix, other than the one or two games a year I'd go to Baton Rouge or see LSU on the road somewhere.

Cute edit. No I don't, my wife and I both graduated from LSU. Would feel weird to root for another school. Only time I ever pull for another school is if their winning would directly benefit LSU.

Florida State. Liked them when I was little during the Snoop Minnis, Peter Warrick, and Chris Weinke days. Love that Bobby Bowden accent too

Memphis. Coach Norvell is an awesome guy and his staff are some of the best people you could meet.

Big fan of them.

ive always had a thing for Clemson and Nebraska. I pull for uga but only for moderate success. I don't need their fans getting too cocky with me living here.

Cute edit?

Just trying to clarify and focus conversation. You don't have to be rude.

Also, college sports are much more like pro than they ever have been as far as fan support due to television and the internet

Gone are the days of rooting for the team because you went there. College athletics are one step below pro in all regards except fandom.

Alabama fans can be found all over the world and it has nothing to do with being an alumni. The same can be said for USC, Norte Dame, Texas, Miami, etc

Michigan, first big book I ever read was Bo Schembechler's autobiography in 3rd grade and have been a fan ever since: Desmond Howard, Fab Five, Woodson and the '98 NC team, etc.
