He was down my list but a lot of guys can win at LSU. Recruiting should be easy, but hiring a guy not familiar with the region is not ideal. Will need to make a great hire to help him with that.
And will need to win big next year to get people excited about this

Not saying this means anything at all but why hasn’t LSU made an official announcement? Just wondering. Are they waiting for the finalization of the contract and such?

This isn’t basketball though. LSU recruits regionally & Arizona recruits their own region. Kids want to play at LSU, but No one is the south knows who Andy Johnson is. Players or coaches. He needs to hire some guys that do

Right so doesn’t that place less emphasis on needing to know the area?
Who the hell knew who Cain was outside of LSU fans? That guy by himself was able to bring in highly ranked classes.
