Don’t think he was underutilized, he was a solid DE, not an athletic freak like Hunter. He’s a borderline roster guy in the NFL, not a pro bowler.

Hunter wasn't underutilized, he was underdeveloped.

if he wasn't a running back, punter, or kicker, he was underutilized by leslie miles.

Les utilized his defense a lot. Ball control, good defense and good special teams was his thing.

And when he got to the Vikings they talked about how he had no passing rushing technique.

Vikings fan here, Minnesota has one of the best DL coaches in Andre Patterson and he saw the skills that Danielle had and realized he was under coached,

Bower was also on Vikings and showed promise, but the thing that held him back with LSU held him back with the Vikings, injuries,

He would have a really promising preseason game and then sprain his ankle or something and be out 2 weeks.
I think at LSU he looked really good against Syracuse or something then he got hurt and Arden Key took his spot.

running back,

He underutilized those too. Fournette could have been even greater with competent play calling and qb play. Keiland Williams was severely underutilized and Les put too much weight on him, just like Magee.

17 total career tackles with a single career sack.

Seems like he is being underutilized in the NFL as well

Not sure where this is coming from unless you're referring to whom he inherited from his predecessor.

Les recruited well. Apart from Malleveto he hired good DCs. And he sent a boat load of talent to the NFL.
