TM7 was one of the most impactful players to play college football, a very special talent. My goodness, if RP and TM7 had just had a good head on their shoulders we would have been counting at least 2 additional NC's. But as they say, you have to have a little luck on your side to win a NC based on polls.

While I root for him and hope he makes it, he didn't do everything to "be on that field". All he had to do was put down the blunt

Wait, he was smoking a blunt when he made this comment?

I don't want to live on this planet anymore. He could have changed that game in so many ways.

I'm pretty sure we would have, at least, been in the natcham games if those two had kept their shite together. Miles can be mind-boggling at times but, IMO...the guy has been snakebit at LSU. hopefully the new breed coming in can change that dynamic.

miles (no one) could have seen the problems, but i bet drug testing / background is now a more important part of recruiting!

i bet the majority of negaturds are dope users.

Why can't I attend?
well, let see what we have here - 1. he attended that "best player award" in NYC. 2. Made a couple of those "all something teams". 3. Still a friend of Les. That is three off the top of my head. Now give me Baby Tac's top three.

Nothing against TM7, but why is he at practice for a senior bowl when he's not part of a college football program nor is he a senior if he was.

Not really sure how this works either...confused.

He has met with 15 teams there for interviews. Not practicing.

There is nothing he can do about it now, he wishes he could go back and change the mistakes that he made and he would do anything to make that happen. That's what his comment means.

Really not sure how you people have the opinion that you have.

He doesn't smile when talking about eventual national champion Alabama's winning touchdown against the Tigers in November, which essentially knocked LSU out of title contention. It came on a screen pass to T.J. Yeldon when freshman cornerback Jalen Mills blitzed.

"I would have given everything" to be on the field, Mathieu said. "That was a freshman on that blitz and I would have been a junior so I would have known that play was coming. I would have been able to do something.

"It hurts, but it's something that I've got to live with now."

Reminds me how close we were to winning it all. Very few if any teams in the Top 5 would have been able to compete with Bama and T A&M while losing their Heisman Finalist. Sickening but true.

Mathieu is my favorite all time Tiger. I don't care how it ended. he gave me some awesome memories...there will never be another player who wrecks games like he did.
