Alex Box Concessions

Long story short. Took a customer to a ballgame this weekend. Went to the concession stand a couple times and paid with my company card. Told them I needed a receipt to which they said they couldnt give me one. They said they could email it to me. So ok and gave them my email address. I still have yet to receive the receipts and the number to the concessions just rings. My Should I just dispute the charges since they to lazy to follow a simple request?

don't see how you can dispute a charge that you knowingly made. the bank will tell you the same.
i assume your company has a missing receipt form you can fill out when he comes time to reconcile your statement. use it.

You can always look at your cc charges on/line. Print the charge and that should give you what you need.

Not sure about all stands in Alex Box but one down left field line always asks me if I want receipt or not

You assumed a fricking concession stand would email your a receipt...that's on you.

Not sure how you can dispute a legit purchase just because you didn't get a reciept. Your company should have a missing reciept form or a policy for something like this, just fill it out and move along.

My wife ordered the pork nachos last weekend for one of the games. When they went to hand them to her they had no cheese on them.... she asked about the cheese and they told her cheese was $2 extra. How in the hell do you charge extra for cheese on NACHOS?

Oh he can, and will win. They dont have a signed receipt, they get the charge back. Pretty easy to get away with actually.

Its pretty obvious that none of the smart asses on this board go to any of the games. If you had to go thru the hassle of ordering something from someone who could care less about providing good service, and have to pay the prices they now charge, you would be on this board screaming. Plus they cannot get the charges right, and now do not provide a printed receipt so you can check how you have been mischarged. The cost for a fish basket, 2 cokes, and a sausage poboy is $32, and the food is terrible. Its a ripoff, but no one seems to care.

The new iPad registers do not have an option to print a receipt. There is an option to email, but I question whether that actually works (I’m guessing not based on this thread).

One screw up after another. When was the last time our AD did something that was spot on right? Everything they touch they frick up.
