This just occurred to me, but we don’t hear much traditional organ music at the box. They play it occasionally but not as much as they could. All the goofy sound effects are fine in moderation but it’d be a lot cooler if they played more classic ballpark music like they do at most MLB stadiums.
I could meditate to this shite.

They used to have a real, live organist until around the mid-1990s. They should not have gotten rid of him.

If I hear the glass breaking sound effect for a foul ball one more time I'm going to choke a bitch. That bit was funny once, like 20 years ago.

Yeah the sound effects are terrible. I just shake my head everytime I hear the Super Mario Brothers sound effects when we score runs. It's a college baseball game at arguably the premier program in college baseball not the damn arcade.

Sounds effects are dumb. Every now and then might be ok but all the time is just annoying.
What would be interesting and rare for baseball would be to have a small band like for basketball games. Play the fight song after we score, play pregame to get everyone pumped up before first pitch, play during some of the TV timeouts

I think the complaints of piped in music in TS are warranted but a little overblown.
The shite they do at the Box is ten times worse.
It's detracting and cringe worthy and it happens 100 times a game.

I tell you what you don't hear. At the original Box you could hear individuals getting on the up. You don't hear that anymore. We need that back.

I played at LSU right before the skip era, there were so few people in the stands it was like being at at PGA tournament, people would keep there voices down when talking so we couldn't hear what they were saying about us

I guess it's worth a shot, but I don't know how much consideration Woodward even gives to baseball considering there are still old bleachers in left and right field. A serious program would have been on top of that years ago.
