It's really quite simple:
1-3 are undefeated P-5 teams.
4. Georgia beat Notre Dame and Florida and lost to S. Carolina
5. Bama lost to LSU and has a best win vs unranked A&M
They valued 2 wins over Top 15 teams and a bad loss over no wins over a Top 25 team and a "good" loss.

This is what you get when your cross conference rival loses to Sun Belt teams and the “best” nonconference game you schedule is fricking Duke. I don’t care what happens the rest of the way, you lose like that at home and don’t win your conference, you don’t deserve the playoff

So what he's essentially saying is that the system is a sham if Alabama doesn't make the playoffs. If somehow they backdoor in, then the system worked the way it is supposed to. What a steaming crock of shite, but it's exactly what I'd expect from the most delusional and entitled fanbase in all of sports.
