Dang. Really expected Beloso to get the chance to keep the spot

It's game 3 dude, Beloso will be in the lineup for at least one of the games this week.

I get that. For me it’s less about Beloso starting at 1st or not. It’s more about the feeling I get that 3rd base is somehow locked down

I’d prefer if the Tigers scored more runs than Air Force.

he still might

CPM will use these non-conference games to tinker with the line up a good bit so don't get too worked up over changes. You cannot make decisions based on one or two games. We need to get everyone some time to allow for emergence of the SEC schedule starters

sit back and enjoy the opening schedule, no reason to get worked up over who is playing and who isn't. the lineup will work itself out

Yes, if there’s anything we know about Mainieri it’s that positions are definitely locked in stone after two or three games.

Hoping Garza settles in soon. The ball made a different sound off of his bat compared to anyone else in the scrimmages. He seemed to be pressing in these first two games, once he figures it out... look out.

To my knowledge Maineiri has given no indication that third base even has a chance of changing. I am just worried that he values Hal’s defence too much to at least try a change

the only safe infield position is SS. CPM will make a change at hot corner if need be I think

I’ll break the suspense for you. If Hughes continues to hit .000 and struggles for an extended period of time, there will be a change.
