You probably should have refrained from using statements like this..

quote:

I just don't think lives should be ruined because some punks ran their mouths and got their asses whipped. We use to just call that a night in Tigerland.

Before riding anyone arse for jumping to conclusions. On top of that, stating there were many "leaders" of the team present. I doubt you know any more than the average person yet feel privileged to call them out, while doing the same thing.

No, my original statement was about not judging JEFFERSON. I really have no vested interest in the "victims" reputations. Only that I've been around long enough to know a group of football pjayers don't just randomly beat down four guys.

I don't think anyone is stating these players randomly beat the hell out of someone. It's never been the issue.

That's what was said yesterday. His friends said dude was minding his business and got pulled out of his truck and beat and then another friend broke it up and was just minding his business and they jumped him too for no reason at all. Though the story changed several times it was pretty much exactly that at one point.

Some of those players looked REALLY uncomfortable. They should. Putting Miles in that position this close to the opener should make them feel like shite.

Don't leave out BMY and a couple of others. I'm going to wait to see if this thing blows over (I think it will) so that I can gloat. Then I'm putting those assholes on ignore. They're practically celebrating an incident that is, objectively, bad for the team, the season, the coach, and the boys involved. All because they want the backup to play. Granting that I'm young, I've never seen any shite like this in my life.

But according to you it's ok to judge the victims. They are fair game.

its because they called the police

Who called the police? Where was this reported? Its more likely the bar called.

Totally disagree. Players are held to a higher standard by the university, they represent Lsu. Your going to support a guy who kicks a marine in the head, while he is on the ground? It's still a little soon but I will go so far as to say this is Cecil the Diesel Collins type of an implosion. He Is 1 season away from millions of dollars and he does something like this? He deserves Angola for all the embarrassment he has caused!

You got a hard on for me?

I've posted repeatedly that I hate this for Jordan. This is not the way I wanted Lee to get the starting job.

But I've become accustomed to your usual idiocy

Jefferson looked very embarrassed and like he was about to cry.
So he was being his normal self?

Also, if Jefferson gets cleared I really hope some of the idiots here take a long look in the mirror.
He could get cleared and for the sake of the team, I hope he does, but leading a posse of young players out after the curfew shows very poor leadership and judgement skills, fight or no fight.

I've been here since the beginning of TD and I don't think I've ever seen anything like this.
What rock have you been hiding under. The RP scandal was 100 times worse than this, as well as several other incidents and post game meltdowns.

There seems t be alot of misinformation out there.

Has there been a arrest warrant issued?

If so who are the players?

Some of you have never been in a fight. I don't call it a fight if you have to drag the other person out of his truck to hit him. Sounds like he didn't want to fight. Wonder why? How many football players needed medical treatment? I hope this all goes away. But again 10 witnesses saw JJ kick a marine in the head who was trying to break up a fight in which one of his friends was getting beaten. That is the only story being told. So if you have something else in print, throw it out there. It is an embarrassment to the school, the coach and the program. I would like to know with that many players there, why some of them didn't stop this stupidity. Unless some were not there to see what was going down. We will find out more Monday, after they are questioned by the police. But this stinks to high heaven.
