re: After 4 conference games

It's very easy to read this thread and realize who knows anything about basketball and who knows absolutely nothing. I was afraid we would start the year off 0-4 in conference looking at the schedule we had to start. 2-2 in those four games is incredible!!! We had a similar shooting night to Arkansas on our home court. We beat Arky by 20, yet we were in this game with Bama to the end. Was it disappointing? Sure as hell was. But to not be able to see the phenomenal coach that Wade is and the positive uptick in trajectory of the program as a whole is asinine.

Do we need to win our home games? Hell yes we do. But we went on the road to beat aTm for the first time in 3 years then embarrassed Arky on their home court. We lost to UK (who historically always has our number) and Bama. Teams projected in the top half of the conference. We have stuff to work on but anything won this year is lagniappe. Building the culture in preparation for the studs we have coming in next year. Enjoy this year for what it is and get ready to hold him accountable next year!!!

I think most experts felt we would be lucky to come out with 1 win. That was a brutal stretch to start conference play.

Definitely sounds like a man who can't coach his way out of a wet paper bag. I'm sorry but if you win 83% of your college games you can coach.....period. Who are you people?
