A solution to playing March Madness

This is only possible if we have an unlimited supply of coronavirus test. My solution would to be test everyone associated with the basketball teams that would be in the tournament. This would include the players coaches and staff personnel. If you test positive for the coronavirus you will not be able to be play in the tournament. Don’t allow fans to attend the game. Once all test are done which should take about a week then allow the tournament to be played. I don’t see why this couldn’t be done.
