92,547 tickets sold tonight. Less than the 94,220 tickets sold last week.
Outside of 2020 and the capacity restrictions tonight was the fewest number of tickets sold for an LSU home game since Tiger Stadium expanded to 102,321 in 2014.

LSU has done this to themselves.

There are plenty of legitimate reasoning the stadium was half empty. A hurricane isn’t one of them.

Same…after being told every single week for 4 weeks that my refund “will be processed in the next day or 2 when they give me a call.” These folks have had our money for 8 - 2021 season tickets for 18 months now. They need to pay up and quit hanging onto people’s money!

I've seen more FB posts from people trying to sell their tix in the last two weeks than I do for whole seasons. I don't know if it's the vax mandate, the state of the team and competition, or some mix of all 3. I don't think it's the hurricane as the people selling them aren't w/o power or in desperate need of the money.

ETA: I'm not interested in going to a game because of the vax mandate. It's outside for frick's sake.

LSU has made the entire game day experience a giant pain in the ass. Tiger Stadium will never have an arse in every seat again.

I was at the game 50 minutes before kickoff. It kinda bums me out but we do our 'job' as fans.

I don't like mandates and shite. But I love LSU Football.
Made us sad two weeks in a row to not be squished into our seats in 414. There was no more than 65,000 people in Tiger Stadium tonight. I wish more people would come. I wish the stupid restrictions would be lifted.

Took this tonight. Look how empty the gold seats and the west uppers are. That's highly unusual.
I hate that these young men aren't getting the proper experience playing in Tiger Stadium.

The family next to us on the left in 414 were back tonight. They did miss Game 1 for the hurricane. But The hundreds of others around us who are missing? I don't think they are coming back.

That’s 50,000 fans at the most. Probably less.

Bruh, the J Byrd game was 2007. The 2005 Auburn
game was famous for Vince Vaughn missing 5 field goals.

The only reason I give it more is b/c of club, south uppers, and suites. I can't tell who's there. Hard to see how many jacklegs are getting those good seats and showing up to an LSU game b/c "it'll be fun".

There's a big family to our right where regulars have been for 10 years. These MFers eat the whole time and don't give a flying frick about anything on the field.
