9-3 is the floor.

Joe is the real deal. Urbs has the same failing as miles - he picks and falls in love with a qb and that's that. Barrett may have set the records but he never won a championship for the OSU. Haskins is more mobile and has a stronger arm than burrow, judging from the film I watched, and urbs loves him. no one was going to beat him out.
it's great! we're going to compete this year. we'll need some luck and good breaks to win the SEC west and more luck to beat Georgia twice to win the SEC, but it could happen.
O has assembled the talent and the staff. it is still a legitimate question if he can head coach the team into contention. I think he can. Yes, after due deliberation and careful consideration, I believe he can.

I’m standing by my 7-5/8-4 Can’t imagine changing my thoughts based of a transfer QB who hasn’t be named the starter yet.
I’ll wait to hear how he’s practicing and when he’s named the starter, I’ll have more confidence in us improving from 7-5/8-4

I can see that. Before Burrow, I was thinking of a 5 loss season. With the addition of Burrow, I can see us winning 2 more now, potentially more.

So your basis for LSU going a minimum of 9-3 this year is that another team’s coach is too loyal to one QB over another? And that it somehow inherently makes the transfer QB we just got that much better?
What the hell kind of freaking flawed logic is this bull shite?
I’m not saying LSU won’t go 9-3 (or better with the bowl). And maybe it will be because of better QB play. And maybe Burrow is the answer to that better play. Hell, I hope all of that is true and then some. But it sure won’t be because of Urban POS Myer’s perceived unwavering loyalty to a particular QB.

Yes, 9 & 3 definitely needs to be rock bottom. My dream season is 11 & 1 (including a victory over sabama).
