~7:30 left in the 4th, 3rd and 15 - Few cheering, none standing in SWEZ (pic)

My friend sent me this picture and I'm interested in the Rant's thoughts. This picture was taken about 2 seconds before the ball was snapped; third and long, middle of the fourth right before Hurts broke free on a long scramble that led to the game-icing field goal. Very few in the pic are making noise, none are standing. You may have to zoom in a bit to get a good look, but a few notable observations... Guy in front sucking on his nicotine lightsaber. Mayor of LC (so I'm told) at bottom, showing no emotion. My favorite is chick in beige long-sleeved shirt blowing bubblegum while male companion is looking down checking his phone. Obviously there are a lot of people in the distance standing and cheering, but I'm just focusing on the front 3 rows and 10-15 people across that you can see in this picture. Anyway, my friend snapped the picture because he was disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in his section during this crucial moment. What does the Rant say?
