Baseball ranking don’t change a lot before conference play starts. The reason there has been some movement this year is because the first weekend you had 6 ranked teams 4 of which are still in the top ten play in the Arlington classic and then the team they anointed number one decided to lose their next series.

I don’t get what you are saying? Are you saying because so many teams are good that someone is going to win 21 games or something? I would think teams are going to have more losses than a usual year. 17 wins might win a SEC Title.

Alabama may be the worst team in the west and they have a future first rounder pitching on Friday nights.

I don’t really pay too much attention to other teams until we play them. But in a normal season every single Friday game someone is saying “this might be the best guy LSU faces this year”. And then sometimes it’s said again on Saturdays game.

I imagine it will continue to be said every week again this year.

True but Prielipp at Bama according to D1 baseball was the second best pitcher in the country behind Kumar Rocker coming into the season.

That wasn’t really a knock against him so much as it was saying how good everyone’s Friday guy is. And sometimes Saturday guy.

No. Usually it takes at least 20 wins to win the division. I'm saying these teams might beat each other up so much, that 19-11 might be first place.

17 seems a bit low, but yeah, that's kind of what i'm saying.

Nope. Some of those teams in the top 6 are going to suck.
