I don’t care if LSU scores 2 a game as long as the other teams score 0 a game. I just want LSU to win I don’t care what it looks like.

I know Joe can produce numbers like that n this type of offense. He’s done it his entire life playing. But the whole team must
Be real. Ppl who have done things a certain way for 20 years can easily revert back to what they are comfortable doing. There will be some growing pains imo. But we should have an elite defense to help. I worry about week 2. But that won’t define the season. By sec play I think the offense will be clicking. Hopefully week 1 though!

Depends on the other team. If we have them down 40 points or more. O is not going to embarrass the opposing coach. These coaches are his friends.

Yea, and LSU could average 39 a game and the naysayers will still be saying the same crap. "oh I knew they couldn't score 40, 50, 60 a game. All you people that thought they could are stupid. Even if they score 40 or 50 against a couple teams, it will be that way. And if they don't score but 30 against bama it'll be the same crap. Naysayers are going to naysay, no matter what.

Last year there were games in the 30's, 40's, and one in the 70's. Pretty close to Joe's prediction for this year!

Coaches and analyst will likely study that game a lot in preparation for Bama game. Great QB, and receivers, PLUS awesome protection and quick releases of the ball made that impressive pass rush look pretty pedestrian.
I like his get the ball out of the QB’s hand’s quickly and it doesn’t matter how great your pass rush is, we’ll make you pay for it all game long.

FIFY. If we win 2-0 every game and go 15-0, I’ll be thrilled. 2-0 with a 10-3 record is incredibly boring and a waste of the huge amounts of money that a lot of people have to spend on TAF fees to hold their season tickets

We only have to win by one. Watch for our backs to play a big role in the passing game. I.E. CEH and John Emery in the backfield, with CEH slipping into the slot before the snap. Many, many possibilities.
