Can Wade still help with the game plans or does the suspension include absolutely no contact with the team whatsoever?

I would assume Wade can contact the team since it’s not an NCAA regulated suspension, but I’ve been wondering the same thing. Anyone know for sure?

LSU beating duke on road to final 4 was one of, if not the biggest in my opinion, but I see what you mean. This could be up there for sure if we win

I would hope he can still help gameplan but I wouldn’t be surprised if Alleva shut him down completely out of fear.

Wade can and still is in contact with players and coaches. 100%. Doucet was doing interviews in the lockeroom after the game and players were saying “We’ll hear from coach Wade about this. He texts us.” I’ll see if I can go back and find the video on Twitter.

Benford also said that he and the coaches are in close communication with wade.

It’s so stupid that Wade can coach fully, with the exception of in person. Like wtf, either let him coach 100% or fire him.

as we advanced in the tournament, you're probably correct, the most impressive to me was the OT win at home against UK in '77, in OT, all starters fouled out and UK was #1, undefeated, and went on to win it all, was one of the GOAT LSU sports wins imo

So if Wade is still in contact with the team and gameplanning won’t the NCAA still screw us if Wade is found guilty?
Basically Joe suspended him just to make himself look good, like he did something. Not necessarily to protect the program.
I’m not complaining, i want Wade in the sideline. it’s just further evidence that Joe is a fraud.

Play that 30% shooting defense that we play. STOP shooting the 3's early in the clock (if they're not fallin) and pound them inside and mid range shots, make em foul us or give up baskets. When Naz catches he should go to the basket immediately, not hold for a second or two then move.

If Wade is found to have done what he's suspected of doing, the whole season will be wiped out. So contacting the team during the tournament (if that wasn't allowed) wouldn't change any punishment.
