78 losses are the most in 3 consecutive complete seasons since 1977-1979

Clear pattern of improvement.
In just 25 years, we could be undefeated.
Fans are not patient enough...

You’ve got a point.

I just wonder how this season turns out of Hill doesn’t hurt hisself, however.

So we are improving.
Why are we changing coaches?

Let's be honest. If they finish 2020 and Paul stuck around for 2021 we'd be talking about the most losses in 4 straight seasons. That 2020 team wasn't going anywhere.

Top 32 finish
Top 16 finish
Top 16 finish

Let's not act like this team is in the cellar. It's not where we want to be so we are making a change.

And Paul will be 90 years old. Maybe he wouldn't have felt the pressure to retire if the fanbase had been just a wisp more patient.
