Seems like they shoulda been given a medal.
Anybody know more about this?

Apologies if Germans. Gotta work during the day and haven't been on campus regularly since 2002.
The Reveille didn't have many details.

Twenty-two LSU ambassadors were removed for inappropriate behavior after an incident involving alcohol, according to LSU spokesman Ernie Ballard.
LSU Police investigated after receiving a report about the incident. They determined the behavior did not meet the hazing statute, which is why the case is now turned over to the office of Student Advocacy & Accountability.
“The University is committed to taking immediate action upon receiving any allegations of inappropriate activities,” Ballard said in a statement to The Reveille. “The students were promptly removed from their positions involved in Orientation.”

Sounds like the ambassadors got some kids drinks and their parents found out and called the school

What's an Ambassador?
Caffery was the first and most famous.
They help orient the new students to campus.

Where were these Ambassadors when I was a freshman?

I didn't need any assistance in finding the bars.
I just needed to hurry up and turn 18 (had a late birthday). Borrowed my roommate's ID and Zuke sniffed it out right away so up it went on the Hall of Shame behind the bar and my roommate had to get a new license when he went home for the weekend.
Two months before I turned 21 they closed the liquor loophole. Went into Daiquiri Cafe and they cold turned me down after taking my business the week before. Heartless bastards.
I can't imagine how difficult it must be to attempt to go to LSU and abstain from all alcohol.

If it would’ve been a fraternity the Reveille would have included every unsubstantiated rumor they could find. Just another double standard the university keeps in place

Anyone have any idea what this is really about? Just saw it in the paper.
