Besides Texas and Alabama, next year's home schedule is not good.

9/5 UTSA
9/12 Texas
9/19 Rice (Houston)
9/26 Ole Miss
10/3 Nicholls St.
10/10 @Florida
10/17 @Arkansas
10/24 Miss St.
10/31 Bye
11/7 Alabama
11/14 South Carolina
11/21 @Auburn
11/28 @Texas A&M

Two games worth paying for...

If you’re a shite fan, maybe.

Texas, Ole Miss, Alabama, South Carolina & Miss St. will all be good games.

Auburn that late is just weird. Feels like Ole Miss and Auburn should swap

Have we ever played Arkansas that early in the season?

Sure but both of these teams will be in the top 5 so we got that going for us.

Nichols held there own against UGA and Gay&M. They may give LSU a good game.

Usually, we would have auburn in the OM spot, ole miss in the arky spot, and arky in the auburn spot. Interesting rearrangement. Should change the dynamics of the season a bit.

Imagine auburn having to play lsu then having to play bama the next week. That's rough.

Other than the guy in the book depository, the Kennedy’s had a lovely trip to Dallas.

Those are two really really good games.

South Carolina as previously mentioned is like all sophomores this year. They will be a 9 win team in 2020.

Playing Ole Miss at home is always fun. People my age remember when that was our primary rival.

One-third of our entire schedule is against teams from the State of Texas. I love that for recruiting. There is nothing more satisfying than cherrypicking from UT, A&M and Oklahoma targets.

Would you prefer the bad 2017 home schedule? For a while now the even-number year schedules have been a bit less entertaining.

The West & Florida rotation is what it is. You get Bama home, but have to trade-off by having Auburn, A&M and Florida on the road. That's nothing new. However, we get a home game vs. what should a marquee non-conf. opponent (Texas). In the era of neutral site games that is a rarity and will probably be the first real marquee non-conf. game in over a decade (the last being Va. Tech in 2007 unless you want to count Washington, West Virginia or Syracuse as "marquee" opponents). Finally, LSU plays South Carolina here. Other than Georgia (and probably Tennessee), there aren't many better options from the East. Would you prefer to play Vandy, Kentucky or Mizzou? I'll take USC over those three.

I think the SEC is just trolling people at this point.

There is no reason a team should end the season with two road SEC games while another team ends the season with two SEC home games. Too much variance between years that way.

That was essentially the whole problem with Auburn's schedule in the first place: They either got both UGA and Bama at home, or they got both on the road. The SEC swapped which years they played UGA at home to make that happen.

So, I'm not complaining about playing both Auburn and aTm on the road the same year, but we shouldn't have our last home game two weeks before Thanksgiving when it happens.

Hello from the Rant.

South Carolina in 2019 has a senior QB, the top WR is a senior, and the top 2 RBs are seniors, and the top 2 DL are seniors.

The team will be younger in 2020.

Looking forward to coming to BR in 2020.

Woodward will change this.

We dont need four sec games in a row at seasons end.

Need to put a UTSA as the second tk last game of the year.
