2005-2007 were some of the most fun teams of my lifetime

Those defenses were full of KILLERS. Not saying they were unbeatable. But damn those teams were fun. Laron Landry, Glenn Dorsey, Craig Steltz, Ali Highsmith, Tyson Jackson, etc.

Some epic games those years. The Arizona State game after Katrina. The Doink Game. Beating the gumps in overtime. Curbstomping The U. Destroying Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl. The last second touchdown against Auburn. Jacob Hester making Tebow cry.

If Pelini stays to form, LSU's defense will be much more aggressive and less zone. That DL will get after some people instead of just eating up blocks.

The 2006 team was better. If they didn't play like arse offensively vs Auburn, we play in the SEC championship for a chance at Ohio State. Or don't turn it over a million times the first time against Florida.

Laron probably is still my favorite Tiger ever.

I will always remember that Arizona game in 2006. LSU won 45-3 and I think LaRon almost killed Willie Tuitama a couple of times.
