Since JJ has been eligible, look at the starts and snaps.

No way a coach could start JJ the first game he comes back. We all agree with that, right? Just look at how fans were up in arms that JJ even came in and took a few snaps that game. Team was undefeated and tops in the country, and Miles had to slowly work JJ back into the offense. Remember JJ wasn't practicing while suspended. So Miles worked him back in slowly over the next 4 games. He had that luxury because Lee proved very capable of not screwing this thing up, and our team was just THAT much better than everyone else during that 4 game stretch.
The Bama game became the turning point...or the passing of the baton if you will.

When damn near every thread is about the same thing? Good luck with that.

Something was different about the WKU game. Why is that so difficult for you to understand?
What difference do you speak of?
Total O?
Rushing yards?
Yards per play?
Points?

It was at or near the top of offensive performances this season.
A lesser performance was served to FCS foe NSU.

Why look for problems where they don't exist?
Both QBs have exhibited the ability to move the O.

The funny thing is, you actually believe the title of this thread.

That was on the 1st half defense.
Not that TOP means much vs a lesser opponent.
Many blowout wins lose TOP battle.

You can't say for certain it was all b/c of who was at QB. We played a huge game on the road that was hyped all season so surely any rational fan should expect a let down playing WKU at home.

That's not what I'm talking about. I mean the decision to start JJ.

You keep referencing WKU as if its more impressive than NSU.

Against NSU, we played Mettenberger the entire 2nd half. Lee only played 1 half of football.

Do you think our stats may have looked a tad better if he gets even one extra quarter of work?

You're not comparing apples & apples here for the sake of the comparison.

How about the Kentucky game? You know a team that WKU beat.

I used Mayhawman's username because I was directly responding to him.

I'm talking about him using statistics from 3+ full quarters against a creampuff versus using statistics from 2 full quarters against a creampuff when comparing Lee & Jordan's performances.

I'm actually not sure about what you're on about here, but again, I was replying specifically to Mayhawman.

I'm not comparing the teams. I'm comparing the amount of time & the performances the starting quarterbacks produced.

We only played with our starter for 2 quarters agianst NSU. We played for a little over 3 with Jordan against WKU.

My point is that its difficult to compare what LSU did on offense against WKU versus what they did against NSU, because in the 2nd half, we were basically running scrimmage situations to get Mettenberger some good looks in the offense, as well as the pass game in particular.

So let's compare statistics with the Kentucky game, Lee played more than 3 quarters and the offense put up 100 yards less.

Well I think it was b/c JL missed classes. Miles is not going to publicly admonish him when asked if it was a team punishment IMO. I think JL starts tomorrow.

If you don't know the difference between Kentucky & Western Kentucky-and you already proved you were confused about who won the actual game they played against each other-then I'm not sure I can help you. Nor am I sure I really feel the need to respond to you regarding the discussion anymore, as it seems you're very confused regarding the entire matter.
