We have lost 10 games to top 5 opponents and 3 more to Scar and Ole Piss. It sucks that we are still fighting for a shot at a regional. But that's baseball right?

Why does it matter?

Would you rather play a shite schedule and get buttfricked in the supers?

Y’all can justify the losses however it makes you feel better but the rest of the sec isn’t getting worse and if you think this years picking is poor then I’d hate for you to look at next year.

Teams like them deserve a shot. They’re the best in their conference. We’re the 11th best in ours. It is what it is. We aren’t supposed to say we’re better than any good Louisiana team, therefore we should be in a regional. It’s, we’re one of the best in the conference, therefore we’re one of the best in the country.

It doesn't matter man. It just means that we are Now in a conference with alot of teams whom have surpassed us on the totem pole that are deserving of making the tournament this year but we aren't. That's like what fricking Vanderbilt can say every damn season in football if they wanted...but they're still Vanderbilt, they still rarely ever make bowl games, they're still getting their arse handed to them and they're just not as good as the other programs in the sec in football, lol. We are behind in the sec as far as baseball is concerned, behind like 6 programs at least and we are continually losing more and more ground year by year as long as Paul is our coach. He's responsible and hes got to go. He isn't going to magically turn LSU around and make up the ground that we've lost lol. We need a new staff with new ideas and a new energy bc this shite just isn't cutting it anymore.

Nice win over Tech, but you have to be realistic too. If they leave their starting pitcher in the game for his normal 6 or 7 innings, Tech wins that game easily. We're pretty lucky they took him out. Tech's bullpen is one of the worst in college baseball, but their top two starters are the real deal.

You would be the first to claim “it is just a midweek game” if LSU would have lost So don’t go around peacocking because LSU won.

La Tech is far more deserving of playing baseball in A regional than LSU right now.

And if we pitched Marceaux I’d feel pretty good about our chances....

Which says they can’t make it out of the losers bracket and you need 3 to get out of a regional.

It’s fair. LSU hammered them midweek. These games are not as important because you don’t see the real team. La Tech supposedly has fairly good weekend pitching. We have not seen that.

And we have marceaux, im not arguing that we deserve an ncaat bid right now, but you dont think lsu would be favored over tech with marceaux or labas on the mound?

So does the winner of the Ivy League deserve a shot at Bama for the National Championship in Football because they won their conference. If they are the best in their conference and get stomped by the 11th place team from another, that should tell you something about their conference.
