I think of it more like Math. You continue to learn new concepts as you go. They build on each other and as the group understands each higher level, new lessons can be taught, understood and applied.

They really need to stop keeping score in OT, the score means absolutely nothing and it throws off stats.

Score should read 31-31 A&M 7OT

Defense gives up more than 20 points once

-FIRE ARANDA JESUS CHRIST

We go 6 games without being able to throw a TD

-wow the improvement this offense has made is amazing. Coach E is a genius and a real tiger

So far it looks like 10 ranters took the bait.

O didn't hire Aranda so there is a select group of "fans" who will never be satisfied.

We'll just have to wait for O to promote someone with no experience at the position for them to hop on board.

Also when we lost to Troy, Florida, ND etc, I was told the coaches can’t play for the players and it was the players fault. Oline missed blocks and that’s not on the OC or the HC

But now every first down given up is directly tied to Aranda

Well, Coach Eaux did graduate from Northwestern St and coached at Arkansas and Syracuse. That counts as "up north" in my book.

It is hilarious how much Aranda scares you people.

Yep, and what should scare them (assuming they want LSU to succeed and aren’t actually Bama fans) is Aranda leaving.

Out of All the worries I might have about this season (and there aren’t many), Aranda is the least of them.

Now the narrative is that it wasn't until this year that O has had enough talent to compete

There’s the lowering of expectations that you always bitch about O benefiting from.

Nope, not from me. Aranda's performance has been steady, and certainly good enough for this team to win a championship.

Lowering of expectations ...I'm not the one making a million and one excuses for this abortion of an offense they trotted out last season. You should be ashamed of your constant shilling. How about this offense improves to the level of the defense Aranda's coaching up before we take shots at him?

I actually have one standard. Aranda is meeting that standard. Ensminger never has and in all likelihood never will, but you're here participating in a thread taking shots at Aranda and I've not seen you level one criticism about Ensminger. Who here really lowers their standards?

Expect changes in LSU’s defense this year, more rush and disruption up front.

Keen observers know he hasn't had the Dline 2-deep prior to 2019. He is adjusting to his talent, not just bect of 3-years of tape.

LSU has been hamstrung by offense for nearly ten years at least. I don't get it. I agree that if the O were like the D LSU would have had at least two more NC titles.

I am very concerned about the offensive line. I have no faith in them or the offense until they show that they can beat good teams consistently.

Texas and Tom Herman plan on running all over the Tigers through a variety of formations, they want to see if LSU’s defense has learned how to stop the run. They saw the Fla film. QB’s going to test the ends and the middle.

This is a concern.... however Herman doesn’t have as much talent on offense and Aranda has way more talent on defense than both did in 2014.

LSU's defense is loaded with top talent everywhere, nobody is denying that, but they're still learning some new schemes. Texas is also loaded on offense. I'd bet anyone in the country, the house, that I know where Texas will try to exploit the Tigers. Just as Fla did, QB runs around their end and straight up the middle, with some play-action passing sprinkled in. Make no mistake, Texas is going to test the Tigers run defense repeatedly till they find a soft spot.
