Will arrive on campus tomorrow to spend the day with the staff. Will head back to Houston on Sunday

Absolutely. This is what I’d hoped we’d see when he got the job. All out, aggression going after recruits. No more waiting on one or two guys and getting left with nothing

I think we get Milton rather than Evans.
As long as we can close with 3-4 elite DL, and a couple really good OL, this class will be ridiculous

it does look like ed hasn't stopped learning. I'm 62 and I haven't stopped learning. it's a good thing.
i'm pleased to see on this board that the staff is offering 4 star dlineman and even 3 stars they are high on instead of just pinning all their hopes and roy and guillory. of course we want these 2 badly but we can't get burned like we did last year.
like the previous posters said, I like the effort of the staff.

Ashaad Clayton. Havent heard much about him, but LSU probably silently pushing for him just in case they miss on other options.

I’m fine with any of those top RB really. We are in good shape with Emery, Davis and Curry so anything more is a bonus right now. If we could only get a nice 5 star LT to open homes for them now.......

Here’s your latest on Ashaad Johnson (changed last name from Clayton to Johnson)
Loves LSU, but doesn’t love our stacked running back committee, and he’s made it clear multiple times recently.
He was ready to commit to LSU and was about to go public with it but emery decommitted from UGA and committed to us and that made him back out.
He’s down to LSU, UGA, Kansas.
I think evans goes to Bama and Milton goes to UGA. Downvote me if you want but that’s just my non biased prediction based off what I’ve heard that I hope ends up being wrong.

Thanks for the update. Is LSU still going after McClellan (OU commit), Keyvone Lee, or Bijan? Would have to think top 3 would be Evans, Milton, then Ashaad.

I know they think very highly of K. Lee out of Florida as well.
