Increasing the annual scholarship limit from 25 to 30? With the new rules and the ability for players to transfer or opt out, it’s going to get to the point where teams will have trouble getting and keeping the 85 scholarship limit. The teams will end up having 1/4 of their walk on players getting scholarships. I know this isn’t what the powers that be had in mind. What rule changes do you see that will come about from all these unintended consequences?

They’ll probably do a test run with Alabama first. See if things work out.

Yeah that's all we need for Bama getting to add to their roster
The limits actually help and hope they stay

Would not be shocked when they reduce the rosters even further like they did for baseball to put some parity in the sport especially when the NIL comes into play. Everyone is going to want to earn some money while playing college ball

I think the 25/85 should both be reduced.
