In short: nobody knows. Some speculate by the end of the day (which is also my gut feeling) as this was his alleged original commit date. Others think by this weekend. But certainly by the end of May, although he seems to already be close to a decision and will probably not need to wait that long. So in other words, pretty darn soon.
