We need a better understanding of the 25 limit hard cap

Either our department doesn't understand the new rules or we are being taken advantage of. We turned away several top recruits because we thought we didn't have room because of the hard 25 count, yet 6 of the top 25 classes for 2018 signed over 25 kids. We could have easily signed Joiner and Watkins, even before we missed on Surtain, Goodrich, and Foster.

There is nothing that LSU doesn't understand. You can count back if there is room from last years class. Transfers now have to fit into a 25 man class also. our transfers last year filled last years 25 man class. We had no room to count anyone back.
Now we can take 2 more transfers or late signees, or sign 27 next year, as long as at least 2 are early enrollees.
