Pretty cool article from 247 on one very intriguing recruit:
Tywon Malone is 2021's Most Unique Two-Sport Standout
quote:

He ran a 7.29 60-yard dash. He had a round of eight swings where seven of the swings were over 100 mph and topped out at 107 exit velocity (the average exit for high school players is about 75 mph, while elite high school players often hover around 90) with a wood bat, which is actually a facility record including our pro guys that train here.”

We are in his top 14, which he says every school has offered him a chance to play football and baseball

A couple of his swings in this clip:

And his highlights on the football field:

Sign him up.

We have a 2022 kid from Georgia committed as a C/1B who has an OL offer from Georgia Tech.

Man it’s nice having really good athletics across the board. Really helps pull in 2 sport athletes. Our baseball and trac being national contenders helps. Basketball is starting to make back into that category as well. Really helps both sports recruit.

Let’s get on his recruiting trail now. 247 Profile

I would love to see him get a hold of one just to see how far he can send a baseball

Definitely. If he’s serious about going to an elite baseball program, he can take about 5 or 6 of those schools off of his list. Bama being one of them.
