If you really believe this then you didn't not realize how good that New Orleans pipeline has been to lsu over the years. I don't know if it is a few or many but y'all must rethink this. We are not just talking New Orleans either this may affect surrounding areas

Two of the best to wear lsu uniforms and from NO
Leonard Fournette
Tyrann Matheiu

A loud few if you ask me. The majority know how important the NOLA pipeline to LSU is.

The last time LSU lost that, the U, Nebraska, and Colorado were national powers.

Yeah, we lost Mobile when Saban went to Alabama. We've already lost North Louisiana. If we lose New Orleans now, that will pretty much be the end of recruiting dominance. We can't live off of Houston and East Texas forever.

LSU doesn't need to kiss these coaches' arse. If they want to keep their players from going to LSU then fine. LSU will be ok.

You act like we are barely being relevant in recruiting and our entire program is crumbling.

Yeah, this is troublesome to say the least. I mean, what the hell is this? You have Parkway's coach talking mad shite, then we have Nola wanting to shut us down.

David Johnson supposedly has backed out of a deal, then we have Tull pulling a massive haul from Nola to Kansas. What a major headache for O.

I read a thread on here a couple of years ago about the self-deprecating nature of South Louisiana folks. Now that Louisiana recruits are national products, it's just making the coaches of these players self-destruct over some petty mis-informed crap (or at least that's what it seems). How sad.

Exactly, and if a high school allows their coach to publicly boycott LSU, frick them too. They are high school coaches for a reason, I feel like there is animosity or jealousy involved here.

LSU did nothing to outrage these coaches to the point of a boycott

Of course LSU needs New Orleans. But I really think this is much ado about nothing. The coaches are making a point, things will be worked out. I'd really be surprised if this is an issue for very long.

Come on, now. Don't be overly dramatic. We're talking about one school in Shreveport and four in New Orleans.
