The thing with these kids and Bama is

Getting into Bama's class makes them feel like they are the best RIGHT NOW! This is not a "business decision" for the future, nor is about winning. And it is certainly not about being developed (if that were the case they would go to a school where they could get on the field early and learn through playing experience). These kids (like most 18/19 year olds) want gratification now! And being in a Bama class says to them you are the best of the best. Generation of "tell me how much you love me"!
Also, Moses is gone. Quit setting yourself up for the melt!

Wrong. It's about being on a winning team, competeting against the best players in the country, AND getting prepared for a likely top round pick in the NFL draft.
Bama right now is just a machine and these kids are smart enough to see it. It's no different when FSU and Miami got whoever they wanted back in the 80s to early 2000s. It's no different from Nebraska and Oklahoma, and all the other powerhouse programs that did the same.
Kids these days are the same as kids those days in this aspect.
