doesnt appear to be exceptionally fast. listed at 5'9 170 so he is prob closer to 5'7 160.

Camps, gotta show out at camps these days. That's how Tbonne's QB/WR is picking up all those D1 offers.
Now it's harder for a RB to show out especially one like James who's best trait is his physicality, which you don't exactly get to show off without pads.

Holy crap. Is that the worst O-Line I've ever seen? It's close. Kid looks good. Honestly not much difference between his film and a 4 star.

Dynamic with the ball in his hands, really physical (especially for a guy his size), enjoys/seeks contact, great change of direction speed, good vision, good cuts, not elite speed and terrible size.
If he has a future in D1 ball its gonna have to be at defensive back, so he needs to work on his vertical and 3-cone drill. Hope he can convince his coach to let him play 2 ways. That said, with his size his ceiling is likely at an FIU or somewhere like that and as a DB/special team returner/specialist.
