He basically said because both sides still think it's 50/50 that Surtain is waiting until the last minute to inform Raymond and LSU that he's going to Bama. Sounds like a bit of a gut feeling to me, which makes me feel a little better in a weird way.

Les didn't cause this situation. If we are really starting to see us miss on elite recruits, either in state or those that commit early but leave when Bama, Clemson, or Georgia show interest, there is no one to blame but our current coach and those who hired him.
