If they're enrolled why not, but aren't they going to be playing in their respective high school all American games ?

True. I know Brandon Harris' team is still in the playoffs ... 5a championship... Paris May go but I know Harris will probably be playing in that game

Just curious but would an EE be eligible to play in the bowl game and, if so, would an eligibility year be burned if they do play?

Is this a result of the new "financial agreement" rules?
I know that recruits can not attend neutral site games as OV's (i.e. have it paid for).

This has always been an option...nothing has changed. The recruits cannot participate in the game either. Only practice...most of the time they just operate on the scout team.

Justin Vincent was dressed for the Cotton Bowl against Texas and Claude Wroten was dressed out for the BCS Championship against Oklahoma.

Yeah the past few years, they can practice with the team for bowl prep, but they obviously can't play.

Vincent came from a prep school and Wroten was Juco, not sure if the comparison is the same here
