These are a few of the guys that I could find, all of you recruiting gurus, who do you think would be a good fit and who would you be high on if we pursued? I obviously only did possible grad transfers for immediate help.

-Reuben Jones/ SDE/ 6’4 250/ Michigan looks like he would be more of an OLB in our system

-Brandon Tiassum/ DT/ 6’4 305/ Notre Dame

-Mufi Hill-Hunt/ DT/ 6’5 305/ Michigan State
I’m not sure how high I am on him, he was a top 50 prospect coming out of high school but couldn’t seem to find his way on that team.

At this point, we will probably have to wait and see who leaves the LSU program. We are over the 85 limit at the moment.

We don’t have any roster spots or scholarships to give.

At this point there are no guys on the grad transfer market that are better than what we have on the roster currently.

And since the need isn't immediate (2019), it's future depth, we'd be better off taking a regular transfer that would be able to redshirt.

But since we're over the 85 and at the 25, none of this matters anyway.

Possibly save a spot in 2020 for a decent SDE grad transfer who could ease the transition period between Lawrence/Fehoko and the young 2020 pups we plan on signing (who probably won't be ready to contribute until 2021.

We are good for 2019

20202 is when Fehokoe, Lawrence and maybe Logan are gone.

Likely Logan stays

I wish you people would stop with the DLine madness.

We have plenty of defensive linemen.

We don't have any available scholarships at this point. It looks like we are 7-9 over the 85, counting all 25 signees.

We need to drop 9 guys currently. Assuming Taylor and Ingram will be back (they both count right now)

Potential guys to get the boot

- Davin Cotton still a ? mark, but right now in portal
- Jonathon Giles
- Tae Provens
- Cameron Lewis
- Jakori Savage
- Donavougn Campbell

I would add TE Moss to your list of potential departures.

Terrence Alexander also flunked out, so we are being penalized on the grad transfer market. Haven't heard the official punishment, but b.c we took a grad transfer that didn't finish the program, we likely will not be able to take grad transfers for a cycle or two.

We could use Bama’s method. Have the kid come and the money would magically appear for him to pay for all his school needs. Also He would get a Dodge Charger for his troubles of getting back and forth to school

Jeez, what a fricking waste that guy was.

Actually, he was worse than that. He was a net negative. He wasn't any good on the field, took up an initial counter spot, and fricked us off the field.

What the hell? The dude graduated from Stanford and didn't have enough discipline to pass his classes? Did he try to go into a program what was too academically intensive for how much time he was willing to invest?

Burrow has talked pretty openly about using these two years to basically major in football, so obviously there are cake grad programs available to these guys.

This does not compute.

No, Williams is not a grad transfer. He went to Texas for a semester. He just transferred to LSU. If he ends up playing football, he won’t be on scholarship right away.

Let's not forget in his last collegiate game (Fiesta Bowl), Alexander was ejected in the first Qtr for throwing a punch into the UCF player's facemask. This ignorant, retaliation move left LSU with 3 CB's for the rest of the game.
