He impressed the staff yesterday during his throwing session. Good arm. Pretty accurate with the short to intermediate pass. 4.5 40.. He is starting to make a name for himself in the camp circuit. He may commit right now if LSU offers. I say offer before someone else does and locks him up

frick yes! I just watched his film again. Dude's a gamer. I like the way he moves in the pocket, and throws to spots. He's an absolute weapon with his legs. And the dude won't have to add weight, he's already built real sturdy.

He's a guy they've always known was a hell of an athlete, but wondered if that was the extent of it. Runs a legit 4.5, so he can bail himself out a lot in highschool ball, so he has a tendency to run at the sight of trouble. However, after some evaluating and seeing him throw yesterday (dude was slinging it on the money), they decided he's more than just a set of wheels with an arm, and think he's someone they can build into a good QB. Don't think he's a guy that will come in and compete for the starting gig next year or anything that extreme, but given a year or two to develop, and he looks like he could be a weapon on the field.

I'm ok with that....also, it helps bringing in some Alabama talent...even though if there is any interest from the Big Two in that state..
