I have been following some and realize the roster was awful last year. I'm just surprised that he is still heavily pursuing transfers even after all of the transfers and new signees that we have picked up this year. Clearly he is trying to run a few of the roster holdovers off. I don't mind it.

We are losing 3 of our 4 bigs after this year. This would basically be like adding a grad transfer for next off-season

The SEC literally just accepted the one-for-one transfer rule at the SEC Meetings a few weeks back. This could be huge for the 2018-2019 season.

He's going to have at least 5 open spots for the 18-19 season and as it stands now, only one player on the roster taller than 6'6" (Kiir). I'd say Wade is going to need some frontcourt players badly

Yeah. Taking this guy would be a perfect fit in that you'd be able to put a pair of veterans out there in him and Kiir, and then bring one or two freshmen off the bench to complete your rotation.
Assuming he's good, that is. He didn't get a whole lot of floor time at Oregon this year; just 9.8 minutes a game.
