49Does anyone have any knowledge what JUCO players LSU is looking at? Any grad transfers out there worth looking at? Gaye has worked out pretty well, but Cox not so much.

on 11/9/20 at 3:49 pm to Smell the crawfishThere's been zero blurbs about JUCO players this cycle so far, and transfers as well. Transfer talk doesnt even usually heat up till after the season as guys enter in the portal.
I'd say it would be tough for us to get a JUCO or transfer right now unless we have several swing and misses to close out the class. Spots are getting really tight. OL could be where we get a transfer if we cant land Leigh or miss on the FSU kid. We need at least 3 OL and currently have just 1.

Transfers count against the class 25!!!!! If you dont have room in the class then you cant take them. We are already having threads about who gets kicked out if we hit on our target players.

Cox hasn't played great but he isn't a huge miss at all. Without him LSU would be frickes. Damone Clark has been a bigger miss honestly. Darren Evans is the ultimate transfer miss. Dude looked silly trying to jam Mississippi state receivers at the line and giving up touchdowns. I don't think he's played since then. If you want to talk about missed transfers, bring up him before Cox.
