Everyone looks happy in that picture including the coaches. That is a good sign. I like the Mardi Gras decorations on the fireplace. He will stay home.

Credit where credit is due- if we miss out on him it won’t be because O didn’t throw everything but the kitchen sink at these last few key guys. I like that the whole staff is there letting him know what kind of priority he is to them.
