New to recruiting world question

What happens if those top guys (Foreman, Smith, Leigh, Byrd and Thomas Jr) decide they want to come here? That would mean we have more than 25 recruits for this cycle. What would LSU do? It would be hard to believe that kind of talent would be told to walk or dont have a spot. Do they tell some current commits they no longer have a scholarship offer?

Yeah we’d probably drop some people. But for example, we know that Thomas Jr is gone, so that’s why we took Bech. So if we have a numbers issue, it should only be 1 or 2.

I can see us dropping Shead, and that would give us 4 spots available, BTJ is all but gone, and I would love to see a finish of the rest of those guys

CEO has long been public in his statements that we will take the best 25 not the first 25...
Not expecting that to happen though and if so maybe one.

The last several years it looks like we are not going to be able to fit everyone in and then we don't even sign 25.
If I were a betting man, I believe we will only sign 24.

I really wish everyone would stop saying grey shirt...it’s not really a thing anymore. A player of that caliber can get a full ride somewhere else and some on the side to top it off. So don’t ever say grey shirt again!
