When you’re watching All-Americans even in an All-American group, there’s people that stand out. Marvin was that guy, no matter what situation you put him in,” Golic said. “1-on-1s, you couldn’t block him. I told him before the game, we’re going to try to ride you. That guy at the next level is going to eat up a lot of blocks.”

LSU certainly has a shot to cannonball into the pool this NSD.

But he doesn't want to eat up blocks. It's the only think that has him still listening to fsu.

Then he needs to watch the bowl game and see how active Godchaux, Lawrence and Alexander were. Aranda's defense isn't built around the space eater.

I mean that's mostly what defensive lineman do.

He doesn't want to be a ng. We are telling him he won't be. Fsu is telling him we are lying.

This x 1000 it's about confusing the OL then sending the linebacker into that open area of the OL responded to it it frees up the next guy. This guy would be an absulute animal in this defense and he will get paid lots of money for it!! You can play it both ways to stop the run or pass rush and create havoc in the back field. It's how ever you want to implement the D on that given down or game. I now love the 3/4 bc of Aranda. It's so much more versital and you can still play the 4/3 with it. You can't play a 3/4 with 4/3 personnel though. I think Marvin sees the light and will be a Tiger come signing day. GT

Shelvin is the obvious nose tackle, FSU can suck it.

Yeah, shelvin is helping out here. I think he ends up a tiger.

Mathis and smith I'm not sure about. If Mathis comes out of bama this weekend without committing to them, I think hes ours on nsd.

They can tell him what ever they want but film doesn't lie and I'm sure Aranda has put the film on and said look Marv you can play here, _ _ m, here _m_, or here m_ _ and be just as effective actually even more bc that OL doesn't know what to expect with Key moving around w/ you! I see lots of time outs being called when these two are on the field together. Add in a Allen, Phillips, and White along with our depth on the DL and you have a literal nightmare for OCs and OLs. Come on home big Marv and let Aranda show you the way and his magic. GT

Ok... You don't need to get excited lol I'm just saying he has seen the film and knows he can play anywhere along that line and dominate period end of story. That's my point

O and Arandas word vs Fisher? Fisher was going to bend FSU over if LSU was easy. Luckily we were not...

Ndamukong Suh has the richest contract in NFL history for a defensive player for doing just that.
