Miles is visiting McDowell today ( Profile). He is a long shot, but you never know.

you would think lm has better things to do than visit a long shot. he must be a more positive person than you.

Damn he's going from BR, to Cali for Adoree, to Michigan for Malik, then back to BR for Chi and Carter's visits. Do work Lester.

I am a pretty positive person, but, you're right, Miles probably has me beat.

I still think he is a long shot, but sometimes long shots come in.

I went to school with Quis. To show how funny recruiting is, the day he announced he was going to LSU he was wearing a Georgia Tech jacket around school.

Les Miles is 60 years old? Man, time flies. Does he coach past 65?

I believe Adoree is searching for 2 things.

Somewhere closer to his family and a place where he can play right away. Adoree is going SEC.

Quid pro quo means an exchange of goods or services, something given or received for something else...in this case their commitment for a shot at a NC and a place in the NFL like Mingo, Montgomery, and Edwards.

Malik (just got his 5* back!!) and Lorenzo and their families are very, very close to Miles, Haley, & Chavis. They are Mingo and Montgomery X 2 and the cornerstones with CG3 of LSU returning to the top defense in the nation. LSU is a co-leader for their services, even before their OVs. I expect to see them both in this class because they are selfless team players of the highest character and that is the overall character of this class. They and their families value the DE tradition at LSU of putting players in the NFL and both are very serious scholars, well rounded men, who want to play on a team with chemistry and they love the coaches. I have chronicled their recruiting and feel as optimistic as the coaches about landing them.

Because of their academic interests and their desire to play on the team "that puts DEs in the NFL", has a winning tradition, is SEC, and competes for NCs, I have always thought Miles and Co. will land them. If they do it will be like Michigan and Georgia lost LF7, so it is a huge coup, a remarkable recruiting achievement.
