Got a friend from Bradenton who knows the family well. Its all about fit. IF he picks the game back up fairly quickly who does LSU have that's better? When I say quick I mean a year minimum. Auburn loses Stidham after this year and they have two projects behind him. No idea what UF or UCF have behind their current starters.

Sanberg has an offer from Auburn and would go on scholarship in January at both N.C. State and LSU. He’ll take an official visit to N.C. State July 25-26, Auburn July 26-28 and LSU July 28-29.

Possibly, but he does still have another year of eligibility.

Also find it interesting both us and NC State are willing to give him a scholly so quickly, thought the phillies would pay at least for a full year

He’s enrolling in August, won’t have to wait long to get an answer on him.

Or he could be Matt Mauck, Chris Weinke, or Brandon Weeden.

Has it been determined who would be responsible for his tuition? I read something about the Braves possibly stepping up....

I think Auburn is putting all of their eggs in one basket for 2019 QB Bo Nix. He's been away from the game for a while...playing under Mullen would probably make the most sense.

Not comparing their talent but he reminds me of Tebow in those highlights.

PWO would absolutely be an issue. Scholarship may not.

Interesting.

If LSU lands Sandberg as well, I wonder what that says about Narcisse and Brennan. I’d be willing to bet 100% one of them leaves. I wouldn’t think Sandberg would be going somewhere to sit the bench. I think Auburn’s depth chart is a bit more attractive.
