Yeah, I just went to YouTube and went back to the beginning of the show to hear what he said. I certainly would not have put it past him as he does do stuff like that all the time. But he's definitely not as bad as the morning show, or Jordy, or some others on saying incorrect things.

Never heard of him, but with LSU's clout I can't imagine Jay not hiring a high quality guy.

Interesting that he's spent the last 15 years in North Carolina (6 at App State, 9 at Duke). I'd imagine he's developed a lot of east coast recruiting connections.

I just looked at the last 5 recruiting classes for Duke (including 2023). In those 5 classes, only 5 players come from the state of North Carolina. Lots of Pennsylvania, Texas, New Jersey, Virginia, Florida kids.

I bet CJJ is a good poker player as all of his hires are completely unexpected and great hires. I don't know that much about coach Jordan except that he was assistant coach of the year back in 2018 and has strong ties in Texas and the East Coast! So LSU now has the entire country covered!
